1. Advance booking time

We would strongly advise booking at least 2 weeks in advance. Once your booking has been made a vehicle is reserved and we guarantee availability. Last minute bookings however can be accommodated if the right vehicle is available.

2. Delayed flights

Don’t worry if your flight is delayed, we always wait for our clients. We check the arrival flights, so we know if there are any delays or problems and will meet you, when the flight arrives.

3. Finding your transfer

Our experience, English speaking driver will be waiting for you in the arrival hall with your name on a sign board when you arrive, then he will drive directly to your destination. If you arrive by ferry the driver will wait for you in the port. We will advise you the meeting point in the port, along with your transfer confirmation. 4. Drivers

All our drivers can speak English perfectly and they are fully licensed.

5. Insurance

As all our cars have insurance according to the EU regulations, both its drivers and passengers are covered. We do, however, recommend that you hold a valid insurance policy for the duration of your trip.

6. Luggages

Standard taxis have room for 4 medium to large suitcases. On the other hand, 16 seater minibus have room up to 16 suitcases. If the bus is bigger has space for more suitcases.

7. Facilities for small children

You can have baby and child seats for free. Just advise us when you book the transfer.

8. Service time

We work 24 hours a day and 7 days a week (including public holidays).

9. Amendments to your existing booking

Changes to existing bookings are possible by requesting them via email at least 2 days before your arrival to: contact(at)

10. Cancellations of booking and clients

You may cancel your booking at any time by requesting cancellation via e-mail sent at least 24 hours before your arrival to: cancelations(at) Note that a request for cancellation will only be accepted by email, should the Lead Passenger request the cancellation.

11. Cancelation fees

No cancelation fees, if you cancel at least 24 hours prior to your arrival. For less than 24 hours 50% of the cost of the booking will be charged for reservation administration.

12. Night shifts

From 22:00 pm to 06:00 am there is an additional charge of 20.00 Euros. ( just for the minibus or coach, not for the taxis )

13. Payments

We accept payments in Euro (cash only) upon your arrival, or online via credit card/paypal. Just notify us the one you prefer during your booking process. If you have any questions don’t hesitate to contact us.
